Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy sets out what may and may not be done with viralizi.ai. It applies to everyone who uses the website, the Profile X-ray, the web app or the affiliate program, and it is part of the Terms of Use, using the same definitions. Section 9 of the Terms lists the main prohibited uses; this Policy explains them in more detail.

01Only your own image and voice

• A twin may only be created from the image and voice of the Professional who, signed in to their own account and before recording, accepted the Image and Voice Consent.
• It is forbidden to upload a capture of someone else, to use recordings of third parties, or to create a twin of a celebrity, public figure, deceased person, child or teenager, or anyone who has not consented.
• It is forbidden to make the twin pretend to be someone else, or to present the content as if it had been recorded live by the Professional when the law or the network requires the AI disclosure.
• The AI-generated content disclosure applied by the Service may not be removed or hidden.
• If you find a video made with your face or voice without your permission, write to [E-MAIL DE CONTATO]. We act right away and remove the content from the Service.

02Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to create, request or post content that:

• is illegal or encourages a crime;
• is sexual, contains nudity or sexualizes anyone, especially children and teenagers;
• is hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening or violent, or promotes terrorism, self-harm or eating disorders;
• spreads false or misleading information, especially about health, treatments, medicines, outcomes, prices or the law;
• is political or electoral advertising, or deals with candidates, parties or elections using the twin;
• promotes products, procedures or services that are prohibited or not authorized by the competent authorities, such as unregistered medicines, weapons, drugs, gambling, pyramid schemes or get-rich-quick offers;
• contains false testimonials or reviews, or invents patients, clients, cases or results;
• infringes copyright, trademarks, image rights or privacy, including using music, footage or brands without permission;
• exposes patients, clients or anyone else without permission, or reveals health information or professional secrets;
• breaks the terms, policies or community guidelines of the connected networks.

03Rules of professional bodies

Health professionals, lawyers and other regulated professionals must follow the advertising and ethics rules of their professional body, in Brazil and wherever they practice. In general terms, and without replacing the full rules:

• Doctors (CFM, Resolution No. 2,336/2023). Content should inform and educate. No promise or guarantee of results, no sensationalism or self-promotion with superlatives, no prices or discounts where prohibited, and before-and-after images only in the cases and in the form the rules allow. Patients may not be identified without consent.
• Dentists (CFO, Resolution No. 196/2019). Same principles: no promise of results, no sensationalism, prices and payment terms only where allowed, and patient images, including before and after, only with authorization and within the rules.
• Lawyers (OAB, Provision No. 205/2021). Content must be informative and discreet. No promise of results, no direct offer of services to specific people, no seeking out clients ("captação de clientela") and no mention of fees where the OAB Code of Ethics forbids it.
• Other professions, such as nutrition, physiotherapy, psychology, aesthetics and pharmacy, follow the rules of their own federal and regional councils.
• Outside Brazil, the equivalent rules apply, such as those of state licensing boards, health privacy laws and advertising laws.

You review every script and video before approving it and you are responsible for this compliance, as set out in section 8 of the Terms of Use. The Service may apply automatic checks based on these rules, but those checks do not replace your review.

04Use of the platform

You may not:

• share your access with people outside the account, or create accounts with false information;
• copy, resell, sublicense or offer the Service to third parties beyond what your Plan allows;
• reverse engineer the Service, scrape data, run load or security tests without written permission, get around limits, or upload malicious code;
• use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages;
• use cards or payment methods that are not yours, or dispute charges for services you received and used, in order to avoid paying;
• buy views, followers, likes or comments, or use bots and automation to inflate numbers on the connected profiles.

05Affiliates

Affiliates also follow the promotion and advertising rules in the Affiliate Program Terms. Their promotion may not use misleading claims, guarantees different from the official one, false testimonials or our brand in ways those terms do not allow.

06How we enforce this Policy

• We may use automatic checks and human review of scripts, videos, uploads and promotion materials.
• Depending on how serious the breach is, we may refuse to generate or post a video, remove content from the Service, ask for changes, suspend features, suspend or close the account, or end affiliate participation.
• Whenever possible, we warn you first and give you time to fix the problem. In serious cases, such as the use of another person's image, sexual content involving minors or a risk to someone's safety, we act immediately and may report to the authorities.
• Breaking this Policy may end the guarantee, as set out in the Guarantee Terms.

07How to report

To report content or misuse, write to [E-MAIL DE CONTATO] with the link or a description. We do not reveal who made the report without their permission, unless the law requires it.

08Changes and contact

We may update this Policy to follow changes in the law, in the networks' rules or in the Service, with notice of material changes. This Policy is also published in Portuguese at /br/uso-aceitavel. If the two versions conflict, the Portuguese version prevails, unless mandatory law where you live requires otherwise.
