These Terms govern the viralizi.ai affiliate program, in which approved affiliates promote viralizi.ai with their own links and earn commissions on the sales those links bring. By applying, you agree to these Terms, to the Terms of Use where they apply to your use of the website and the app, to the Acceptable Use Policy and to the Privacy Policy.
The affiliate program is separate from the customer referral benefit described in section 14 of the Terms of Use, which gives customers free subscription months and is not paid in money.
In short. You apply, we review and, once approved, you get links to share. When someone who came through your link pays the setup fee, you earn a commission on it, and you also earn on the first subscription payments, at the rates shown in your affiliate area. Each commission waits 30 days before it is released, because refunds and chargebacks reduce or cancel it. Released commissions are paid once a month by Pix, to the details you register. You may not buy through your own link, mislead anyone or use our brand in paid search. This summary does not replace the full text.
01Definitions
- Affiliate or you: the person or company approved in the program.
- Affiliate area: the part of the viralizi.ai app where you see your status, links, rates, results, commissions and payouts, and register your payment details and pixels.
- Link: your main affiliate address, which ends in /r/ followed by your code, or a campaign link created in the affiliate area.
- Referred sale: a purchase whose lead or checkout carries a valid attribution to you, as described in section 4.
- Commission: the amount you earn on a referred sale, under section 5.
02Who can join
- You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter into contracts and, to receive payouts, have a valid Brazilian tax ID (CPF or CNPJ) and a Pix key [CONFIRMAR].
- The application asks for your name, phone, the code you would like, how you plan to promote viralizi.ai and your social profiles, and your acceptance of these Terms. Your tax ID and Pix key can be sent with the application or later.
- We review each application and may approve or reject it at our discretion. You will receive an answer in the affiliate area. We may also close applications for a time.
03Links
- On approval you get your main link. In the affiliate area you can create up to 20 links, pointing to pages of the viralizi.ai website or app, with your own campaign, content and sub-ID tags to track each channel or creative.
- Links work only while you are approved. Blocked or rejected affiliates can still see their data but cannot create links.
- Do not change, hide or redirect the links in ways that hide where the visitor came from, and do not use them on websites or apps that open them without the visitor's click.
04How sales are attributed to you
- When someone opens your link, we record the visit and give their browser an attribution token that lasts 30 days [CONFIRMAR]. If that person leaves their details on the website or buys within that time, the lead and the account are linked to you.
- If the person clicked links from more than one affiliate, the sale goes to the affiliate whose link was clicked last [CONFIRMAR]. The rule in force is shown in your affiliate area.
- A sale may not be attributed if the visitor blocks or clears cookies or browser storage, uses another device, or the 30 days have passed. We do not pay commissions on sales without a valid attribution in our records.
- When our sales team closes a sale for a lead linked to you, the attribution stays with you.
- Our records decide attribution. If you believe a sale was not credited to you, tell us within [PRAZO PARA CONTESTAR ATRIBUIÇÃO] with the details you have, and we will review it.

- Commissions are calculated on the amount actually paid by the customer, in the currency of the payment. Free months and invoices of zero do not generate commissions and do not count toward the 12 months.
- Rates may be different for specific products or for specific affiliates. The rates that apply to you are always the ones shown in your affiliate area, which prevail over the table above.
- One sale generates only one commission of each kind per payment. Repeating the same payment notice does not create a new commission.
- If our sales team also takes part in the sale, that does not reduce your commission, unless the affiliate area says otherwise.
06Holding period and release
- Each new commission is first pending for 30 days [CONFIRMAR], the period in which refunds and chargebacks usually happen. The release date of each one is shown in the affiliate area.
- After that period, the commission is released and enters the next monthly payout.
- While an affiliate is blocked, pending commissions stay on hold.
07Refunds, chargebacks and reversals
- If the customer gets a refund, the commission is reduced in the same proportion: a partial refund reduces it in part, a full refund cancels it.
- If the customer opens a chargeback or payment dispute, the commission is reversed in full. If we win the dispute, it is restored.
- If the commission had already been paid to you, the reversal becomes a negative entry (clawback) that is deducted from your next payouts. A negative balance carries over to the following months.
- If your participation ends with a negative balance, we may ask you to pay it back within [PRAZO PARA DEVOLVER SALDO NEGATIVO] [CONFIRMAR].
- We may also make manual adjustments, positive or negative, to correct errors. Each adjustment is shown in your statement with its reason.
08Monthly payouts by Pix
- At the start of each month, we add up the commissions released until the end of the previous month and create one payout per currency.
- Payouts are made only when the balance reaches the minimum shown in the affiliate area (currently R$ 100). Smaller balances carry over to the next month.
- We pay by Pix, by [DIA DO PAGAMENTO DOS REPASSES] of the month, to the Pix key registered in the affiliate area. The key must belong to the same CPF or CNPJ registered with us [CONFIRMAR].
- Without a valid tax ID and Pix key in the affiliate area, the payout is skipped and the balance carries over until you fill them in.
- Each payout shows the commissions included and the proof of the Pix transfer.
- Taxes: you are responsible for the taxes on what you receive. If you receive as a company (CNPJ), you must issue the invoice required by law before payment [CONFIRMAR]. If you receive as an individual (CPF), we withhold the taxes the law requires [CONFIRMAR].
- Commissions in other currencies follow the same rules, with the payment method agreed with us [CONFIRMAR].
09Self-referral and fraud
You do not earn commissions on:
- purchases or leads with your own email or phone number, or for an account in which you are a member;
- purchases by companies you own or work for, or made on your behalf [CONFIRMAR];
- leads or sales generated by fraud, such as fake leads, bots, forced or automatic clicks, cookie stuffing, stolen payment details or incentives that the program does not allow.
We monitor and record these cases. A commission obtained this way is cancelled, and fraud leads to blocking and to the end of your participation, without payment of the amounts involved.
10How to promote
- Be honest. Describe viralizi.ai as it is: a service that creates and posts videos with the Professional's face and voice, made with AI, which the customer approves.
- Tell people you are an affiliate. In every post, video, page or message with your link, make it clear that you earn a commission, for example with "affiliate link", #ad or #publi, in a way that is easy to see. This follows the rules on endorsements and influencer advertising, such as the CONAR guidelines in Brazil and the FTC Endorsement Guides in the United States.
- Only make claims that viralizi.ai makes on its own website. Do not promise followers, patients, clients, revenue or results, and do not create discounts, prices or conditions that we did not offer.
- When you mention the guarantee, use the official wording ("1 million views in 90 days or your money back", or "in 12 months" in the direct Plan) and link to the Guarantee Terms.
- Do not publish false testimonials or reviews, do not present AI-generated people as real customers, and do not use the image of our customers or of anyone else without permission.
- Do not send spam. Send messages by email, SMS or WhatsApp only to people who agreed to receive them, as data protection and anti-spam laws require.
- Do not target children or teenagers, and do not promote viralizi.ai alongside content that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy.
- When you promote to health professionals or lawyers, do not suggest they can use the Service to break the rules of their professional body.
11Paid ads
- You may run paid ads with your links, following the policies of each ad platform and these Terms.
- You may not bid on our brand in search ads, including "viralizi", "viralizi.ai" and misspellings, or use them in ad text, display URLs, domains, ad account names or social profile names.
- You may not create ads, pages or profiles that look like official viralizi.ai channels.
- You may register your own pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Kwai, Pinterest and LinkedIn) in the affiliate area. They only receive events from visitors who came through your links and who accepted measurement cookies, as described in the Cookie Policy. You are responsible for the use of the data your ad accounts receive, under the platforms' terms and the law.
- You never receive from us the name, email, phone or any other personal data of leads or customers. The affiliate area shows results and commissions without identifying the customer.
12Use of the brand
While you are approved, you may use the name viralizi.ai and the logo and materials we provide in the affiliate area, only to promote the Service and without changing them. You may not register domains, profiles or trademarks that contain our brand. This permission ends when your participation ends.
13Relationship between us
You act independently. These Terms do not create employment, partnership, agency or exclusivity, and you cannot make commitments on behalf of viralizi.ai. You pay your own costs of promotion.
14Personal data
We process your data as an affiliate (name, phone, tax ID, Pix key, social profiles, links, clicks, leads, sales, commissions and payouts) to run the program, pay commissions, meet tax obligations and prevent fraud, as described in the Privacy Policy. Each of us is responsible for the personal data we collect: you for the data of your audience and your ad accounts, we for the data of visitors, leads and customers of viralizi.ai.
15Blocking and end of participation
- We may block an affiliate who breaks these Terms or is under investigation for fraud. A blocked affiliate does not get new attributions or commissions, and pending commissions stay on hold until the review ends.
- You may leave the program at any time by writing to [E-MAIL DE CONTATO]. We may end your participation, or end the program, with [PRAZO DE AVISO PARA ENCERRAMENTO] notice, or immediately in case of breach.
- When participation ends without breach on your side, commissions already released are paid in the next payout, and pending commissions are paid once their holding period ends. Recurring commissions on payments made after your participation ends follow this rule: [REGRA DA COMISSÃO RECORRENTE APÓS A SAÍDA].
- When participation ends because of breach or fraud, commissions related to the breach are not paid.
16Changes to the program
We may change rates, rules and these Terms with at least 30 days' notice, by email or in the affiliate area. Changes do not affect commissions already earned. If you do not agree, you may leave the program before they apply.
17Liability
Each of us is liable for the damage it causes, as provided by law. We are not liable for profits you expected to earn, for decisions of ad platforms or for outages of third-party services that we did not cause.
18General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of [FORO], Brazil, have jurisdiction over disputes. These Terms are also published in Portuguese at /br/termos-de-afiliados. If the two versions conflict, the Portuguese version prevails.
